LACF Raises Frederick Gage Todd Scholarship to $15,000

In 2021, LACF launched the Ten for Todd campaign - 10 donors per year who donate $5,000 to the Frederick Gage Todd National Scholarship.

The goal of the campaign was to endow the scholarship to award $10,000 yearly to an outstanding Canadian student enrolled in a CSLA-accredited program of landscape architecture, who demonstrates exceptional knowledge, skill and commitment directed to the advancement of Canadian landscapes through the practice of landscape architecture.

We are pleased to report that in 2025, we have reached our initial goal of endowing this Scholarship, and we thank all of our Ten for Todd supporters, and all others who have contributed to the scholarship's endowment.

But LACF isn't stopping there...

LACF believes that the Frederick Gage Todd National Scholarship should be THE premier Canadian scholarship and should support an exceptional student for an entire year of schooling. Our next goal is to build the value of the Frederick Gage Todd National Scholarship to $25,000 by continuing the Ten for Todd Campaign, and by seeking donors who allow us to immediately increase the value of the scholarship through multi-year commitments.

We are thrilled to announce the first multi-year commitment of $5,000 per year for five years. Beginning in 2025, Bill DeLuca has generously agreed to this 5 year donation program. LACF thanks Bill for this generous donation which will immediately increase the value of the Frederick Gage Todd National Scholarship from $10,000 to $15,000 for the next five years.
