LACF Virtual Awards Meet and Greet for 2020 Student Winners
On Friday, January 15th 2021, the 2020 LACF Scholars were invited to a virtual meet and greet. Vincent Asselin, President of LACF, and Cecelia Paine, Chair of the LACF Scholarships Committee, hosted the event with a brief presentation of each winner prepared in English and French by Michelle Legault, Executive Director of CSLA and LACF. The students each then provided a brief comment to the group. Professional representation from across Canada cheered the members. Landscape architects present emphasized to the scholarship recipients that they were a part of a large family of professionals and that even during this time where in person meetings are not possible, that CSLA members were just a phone call away to provide insight and mentorship. Congratulations to these exceptional new members to the profession.
