LACF is proud to have provided financial support that helped establish (1999) and later nuture CSLA's National Quarterly magazine LANDSCAPES | PAYSAGES. Although the magazine’s last request for funding was in 2009 support from the Foundation was instrumental in the early days and subsequent funding for graphic design, special editions and translating costs helped the magazine become the excellent publication that it is today.
LANDSCAPES | PAYSAGES is a self-sustaining, provocative, award-winning magazine celebrating 20 years of Landscape stories and more. The paper and digital pages of the magazine continue to showcase design excellence with a Canadian flair and feature articles submitted by volunteer writers including landscape architects, allied professionals and students. Landscapes | Paysages represents a shared collective passion about the world around us and bears witness to how the profession of Landscape Architecture in Canada has evolved over the last 2 decades.
